This is a suggestion appear in my head after I read those two noice suggestions about cartel, thanks for @DEMANDINGSLOTH and @IEJEN giving me this ideas :D
I. Introduce:
After your cartel reached 500k reputations, you unlock a new option in upgrade: cost a certain reputation, money and/or building materials to unlock(and build) a building, and as well as able to upgrade it.
Some buildings also unlock the building related job.
only one building could be unlocked at the same time. Different buildings has different cartel members requirements, in order to run the building.
II. Buildings example:
Atomic Laboratory(80 members requirement):
Unlock Nuclear Power Plant Robbery
Can build Dirty Bomb
Infirmary(20 members requirement):
Unlock the ability for getting empty blood bag in Doctors Office
Unlock the ability for draw your blood to fill the blood bag
Drug Laboratory(40 members requirement):
Can purify or laced drug, as well as processing cannabis
Attachments Factory(50 members requirement):
Unlock Factory Robbery
Can produce weapon modifications
The weapon mod will give buff on weapon but have some drawbacks
Diablo statue(66 members requirement):
Passive add 6% on job skill gains / health gains / int gains / gym gains / rep gains / revive skill gains, random changes daily
Passive extra 6% maximum on all cooldown bar & maximum health

like DiabloLibrary(35 members requirement):
Unlocked Bookstore Robbery, provides books
During the job, you might found useless decorative books, or extremely rarely collectible book
Extra int gains, maximum 10%
Upgrading requires lots of different books
Reading books would need spent energy, will provide some decent buff, or provide slightly more int then normal int training
Showcase(0 members requirement, not counted in the building limits):
Able to show maximum 6 items stored in the armory on the cartel's page
Could add descriptions under each items after upgraded
