After earning the specified requirements for each type of achievement, the expert threshold is reached, unlocking the group JOB.
If there's interest in this idea, we can continue to chat about group JOB play and adding co-operative play between players.

it would be nice to have a point system and allow you to spend your Achievement points, could be for extra Gym gains or even extra INT to go above the max.

Single use items which can be purchased using Achievement points;
Job / Expedition Restart ticket - Allows you to automaically restart one Job / Expedition again instantly upon completion.
Personal Tutor - For 15 minutes, your current INT is increased by 10-25%.
Personal Trainer - For 15 minutes, your Gym Gains are increased by 10-25%.
Weapon / Armor crates - Open to receive one random weapon/Armor with guaranteed high quality %.
Construction / Production / Medical / Drug / Alcohol packs - Open to receive a varying number of corresponding materials / Items.
Diplomatic immunity - Failing a crime will not result in Jailing for 24 hours. Hospitalisations still possible.

Newbie suggestion here, disregard if it's stupid.
While I like the Torn merit system, I think overall it'd make bigger sense of accomplishment at maxing something if it would be more in terms of how faction perks work there - so trees.
For example: one tree could increase job xp and rewards gain - first 5 overall xp gains (maxing at 10 percent), then 5 for each of the sub categories (standard, robbery, advanced), then 5 for each of the specific jobs.
Another tree for gym gains, another for expeditions, another for production and another for fighting.

At least for now, I'd be looking for various minor buffs that allow a player to specialise in certain areas. The goal would be to award fewer achievement points than the cost of all possible rewards.

Currently sneak peak isn't final product my concerns on see it was there are x amount of levels to add 5% extra to hosp time. As of now Hospin is around 1hr 50min this alone is heavy on meds. Now allowing for 10 upgrades at 5% to that med cool down is going to extremely effected unless there is a counter adjustment to the meds/med CD also.
Secondly would be awesome to have a chance to get attacks and revives down to 15e per rather than what it is. This would encourage more back and forth fighting. And allow revivers to build themselves to.
Third and finally let's say a massive thanks to D for all he is doing it is appreciated
As Diablo said,he will focus developing a new achievements feature.The rough idea is that you'll all be able to earn achievement levels for alsorts of in-game actions such as a given number of crimes, a certain number of attacks, a number of successful expeditions etc. I hope this will give players something new to aim for.
He is yet to plan what rewards you'd see from this system, the most obvious idea would be to allow you to spend your achievement points for small incremental rewards similar to Torns Merit system, which does work really well, but I'd love to hear all your thoughts on what sort of rewards you would like to see!
