This will help a lot but never saw this in any other games. Every other games uses one standard time for all events and updates. Local events can be done this way but server wide events, umm I am not sure how can vaelinn make this work
I hate online games where you have to interact with people. You eventually loose them and feel sad.

What would this mean exactly? To me it seems much easier to keep everything in one timezone so everyone is on the same page. We are all in Bolivia after all.
Trying to differentiate timezones in code is one of the most awful things there is and it would likely produce legions of bugs or at least misunderstandings reported as bugs. Like some states have just part of the state that does not have daylight savings, some countries dont have daylight savings. There are just so many permutations of time my brain spins just trying to think about supporting all of them.
This is probably going to be a "Won't do" suggestion without very very very very very very strong support. Like 600 upvotes strong.
What I could maybe do for events like Halloween would be allow players to pick at what point LPT the event starts for them.

Ok, going to move this to not planned. I really don't want to touch time.
As the title says this is a QOL request.
Could we have the ability to set the game to our time zone?
It would help alot with some of the time sensitive events and resets when people live outside the server timezones.
