Having the forum readily accessible and visible right when you log in will allow more players to see it and participate in the forums.
Having it as tab like the territories tab or just being able to see it more clearly instead of searching for it is much better for new players since most us won't even know about the forum until we explore the UI.
Adding to this, being able to costumize the home page would allow for a more dynamic page navigation.
If I could set the main page as forums, house, casino, etc, I think this would make things more convenient
Notifications about Forum activity could further promote more users to engage with it
