Let's have a setting where narcos unlocked by rep gain can be automatically assigned to a specific category or the overflow can go into street crimes.

It's quite annoying to have the production icon light up all the time when doing rep runs, and the only way to handle it is by assigning narcos 1-2 at a time.

Maybe always still give a new event but have a setting in the production screen where under each production group has the option to click assign all new narcos.
