I suggest adding an expandable arrow for private chats. It would automatically group chats when more than 3 are open and turn green for new messages. Users could also manually group chats even with fewer than 3 open.

Especially in mobile it looks messy

Also, please add the option to reply to specific messages in global, trade, and any chat for better conversation tracking.
