Can we get a cartel bank which can be expanded with rep? 

Comparable with the bank system from you know what.
Perhaps more more basic. 

We use player donations and sell items from territories and with that money we host giveaways for members. 
Now we are counting everything by hand, including donations and such and keeping track of it in spreadsheets. 

Ofcourse it needs a permission toggle
