It'd be nice to have medical item achievements past 2.5k items. Anybody who attacks/gets attacked a lot will blow past that maximum quite quickly, I've maxed it out myself a month ago at 9 months account age.

We could have:
Level 9 - 5k
Level 10 - 10k
Level 11 - 25k
