I bundled together a couple suggestions of my own and others around the property/rental system.

  1. Allow upkeep to be paid on owned properties without moving into them
  2. Allow upkeep to be paid by the renter
  3. Add option to block automatic relistment of expired properties to the rental market
  4. Add option to send an extension offer to current renter
  5. Add option to send a rental offer to a specific player

100% agree with this as I can't always be online to pay the upkeep for them! Hope these changes come through for the quality of life renting deserves! 👍👍
