This has now been implemented and is just awaiting review by one of the devs before it goes live.

This is in regards to the cartel vault which was created.
Currently permissions can only be set to 'manage vault'.
However I feel it'd be good to have seperate permissions for deposit and withdrawal.
That way you could set it that cartel members can all deposit into the vault, but only leadership/capo could withdrawal from it.
