Looks fun to implement. Can the gun malfunction? What kind of mechanics would there be? Is it just a or b, or could there be something in between (gun jammed, no winner, gun backfired and hit your opponent, etc).

I like the idea of maybe a misfire or something to take the game past the traditional 6 shots. Maybe have it be a low percentage to happen. Would be unique. I do like the ability to double shoot also.
