Pick pocketing other people, based on a percentage/speed you succeed anonymously, If you fail you get put into a fight against them and the opponent gets a 20% boost in stats. You get less money than mugging but you get a guaranteed amount even if the money is in the bank or in hand?

not sure pickpocketing should be able to take from the bank but otherwise the idea is pretty cool.
