I was thinking there may be some benefit to having an education course focused around construction.

Each course could reduce construction time, reduce materials, increase maximum property capacity (if there is one) and maybe a course that would allow you to lease properties (assuming that feature is coming)

If the course were long enough, this could create an income niche for players to pursue a real estate empire.
