It would be better if the submarine capacity were 10,000 (20,000, 30,000, 40,000) instead of the current 3,000 (6,000, 9,000, 12,000).

I would remove the thresholds and make the reward always 4x the value of the cargo.

This is just an idea because the current rewards are very low.

Lots of discussion went into what the current reward calculations are. I am certainly open to change. Will keep an eye on this post to see if it gets traction. I think 4x those capacities would be too much based on past feedback though.

Just following up in here to add, phase 5 will increase the rewards of smuggling runs if they go out without any additional changes. And phase 6 will further allow increased rewards for runs.
