Please Add auto rent off button . I was trying to help newbies and listed my property for 1$ . After renting They didn't pay any upkeep I had to pay whole amount my self and then when the renting period ended I didn't  list the property for rent and but it was rented anyways. Also please add system that whoever is renting pays the upkeep.

Yes please. I woukd very much like this too. Otherwise if you kindly rent something cheap it is pretty much impossible to ever change it.
