At this store once a month we celebrate that months birthdays with an opportunity to hit a pinata filled with misc items (Cocaine, nails, fertalizer, Glock 9 etc)

It's randomized like the wheel but with a pinata,  you have 5 opportunitys to hit the bag and with each hit your chance at a better prize inceases by 5% up to 25%, costs 250k to use as it's only once per month.

Items in the store can rotate out daily, possibly including random ingame items and you can luck out and get them at a decently lower price than the market. 

Just an idea! Anymore ideas for this or another type of store with another feature?
