I think it would personalise them with just the ability to add custom text to the teams. The guys have cool names already but I send them in like OK heres your MG and Powerarmor Team 5 go overthrow a government. Instead I could be sending the Cocain Bears or something. 

Can name them on based in their stats, their level and best locations to make that part of the game much smoother and more organised.
