1. Here is my suggestion for property upkeep and or rental:
   
   Deleted accounts forfeit the lease immediately, provide the option to evict based on account status 'blocked' and or 'deleted'. NO REFUNDS.
   
   Eviction is at the hands of the property owner, if for any reason a player whom owns the property wants to evict, then they have the right to do so at any time, however an eviction based on 7 days, 14 days and or 30 day lease, track the lease duration and or how many days has expired from the moment the lease was taken, so if for example the eviction happens for any reason on day 10 out of a 14 day lease, then the customer is entitled to a refund percentage based on the difference between the number of days remaining, and the rental peiod in general.
   
   Remaining days/total days X Rent paid. = the amount refunded.
   
   Inactivity - 3 days of inactivity, is a warning to the player leasing, and a week of inactivity gives the option to evict. NO REFUNDS.
   
   Upkeep system; Owner is responsible for upkeep of property, then there should be a 'vault' to stick money in, this is where the money is deducted for an early eviction at the property owners discretion, and any refunds handed out, and or general upkeep costs. 
   
   This is an addition related to property, but is it possible to take the 'Auto renewal' function and inidvidually apply it to properties, rather than an option to apply to all Properties? Maybe add this functionality to the upgrade/manage area.. just a switch icon for, red for off and green would do.
