First of all this idea is a large more extended idea for ongoing content rather than me being like "badaboop fix wars" or something. My idea revolves around a statement from Pankotor and experience from the "unspoken game" that we often compare this to. 

First of all. As a new player and someone who is learning and engaging into this side of the gameplay I want to make it clear that my ideas may not be agreed upon by everyone or maybe even anyone. I want to state that im open to criticism from anyone who wishes to criticize my ideas. Especially from a developer pov.

There are alot of places in this game. From the underground weapon market. The drug den. The productions. The territories la paz market etcetera. But in saying so something is missing for a cartel game. Its not the fighting or the gunplay or the lack of stat boosting or anything even close to that. its WAR. CONTROL. POWER. Im not talking some random person dropping a nuke on all of us for no reason besides "FUN" No not at all. What im saying is we dont have wars. I dont look at someones faction and go Oh damn big booty touchers is currently having a war with deep hole defenders. Nuh uh I look and go oh peace among men is shown. Peace among men is bullshit. this isnt kindergarten your not kissing your "girlfriend" on the playground anymore. You're developing, selling, killing, attacking, fighting, getting cracked out of your mind whilst spending 12+ hours a day on your bum. What if there was more. what if that 12 hours was spent attacking FOR something. Besides having 10 thousand coca paste sitting on the market listed at a ridiculous price for 3 weeks straight hoping it will sell. 

Okay. im done yapping now. What is my idea? 

My concept is simple. DEDICATED RANKED WARS (DWR) 
Essentially once a month the cartels all get to put their hat in the ring to war for a location. 1 singular location. That location is picked randomly each month from 1 of 12. A defending faction gets to verse an up and coming faction.

Each month the new or old location gets picked from. There might be 3 or there might be 12 locations for it to pick from. Each location with its own Perk. 
My examples of locations

1. Black Market Armory

An underground weapon dealing network.
Bonus: Unlocks better weapons and cheaper equipment.

2. THE LAB

A hidden raw production lab
Bonus: A large boost to Cartel territorial drug and alcohol earnings

3. Kidnapping Warehouse

A creepy warehouse to store your victims
Bonus: Ransom income per day owned plus a 5% boost to each cartel members indimidation job

4. Gang Recruitment Block

A place where only the toughest gangsters hangout
Bonus: Gives cartel owners the option to reduce member waiting time for new members

5. The Kingpin’s Mansion

A compound for only the meanest Cartel Leaders to call home
Bonus: A bonus to boost respect and items earned by each owned territory

6. THE CASINO

A casino owning this gives you temporary ownership of the cartel
Bonus: Massive money laundering boost.

Alright those are 6 of my location ideas. Essentially upto 12 factions will war for those locations. They are the little fish locations Lower ranking cartels get the opportunity to own those without the big factions being able to attack for them. All factions may fight for those locations until they have gained ownership of one. strategy matters heavily with the ownership of them. They will have to defend the location at random (Whenever that location is drawn for the monthly control war)

Now the location for the big fish. There will be upto 24 factions fighting for these locations at random. 


1. The Golden Vault 

A MASSIVE vault located ......
Power: A 250million dollar lump sum plus 75million for every cycle of ownership that you hold it (every time you defend it you get 75million)

2. The Government House

A corrupt government house secretly controller by Cartel intelligence
Power: Police dont bust your members doing jobs as easily

3. THE NDC

A cyber hub to hack banks and track rival cartels vault money
Power: Generates large ammounts of money from cyber crime and gathers cartel intelligence over time. 

4. Cartel War Factory

A factory for the production of weapons
Power: Gives your cartel the ability to make weapons from weapon parts. 

5. The yard

A large weed field offering mass production of Coca leaves Poppy's and Marijuana
Power: Gives you the ability to mass produce Drug content's

6. Cartel Hangar

A Ginourmous Hangar in which the cartel can purchase and use large planes designed for Narcotic drops
Power: Gives the holding Cartel the ability to buy large Drug Drop Jets for fast and efficient off the radar narcotic deliveries

Now. youve got the low down locations and the higher up locations that can be picked from each month but what about a an annual war. THE BEST OF THE BEST they fight for this 1 location 

THE THRONE 

A location fought for once a year that will be heald by only the best faction. Must have a certain respect ammount to fight for this sacred throne.

BONUSESHuge boost to faction respect earned from attacks War rewards become significantly larger   Enemy factions lose confidence when you control it

Alright. I know alot of this was yap and probably wont make the cut but it is something I think this game needs. We need a reason to go to war besides territory. No one cares about territories when its 50 points a day or 5 alcohol items or cocaine because its just not enough. We need something to fight FOR. And I believe an idea like this would deliver that. Money laundering could be implemented and doing so would make money earned from certain jobs dirty helping reduce economic draw back etcetera. Ideas like making cars need to be fueled for sicarios to drive. or plane flights or bank robberies etc. Organised Criminal exchange etc etc. Thankyou if this gets considered and as always feel free to add to my idea / ideas especially if itll help improve the game. Its easy to just blabber on about how bad a game is or quit the game on day but it takes a few extra minutes to post a review or a suggestion for improvement. The owner and devs cant do anything without knowing what the players want.
