A random rng mission for like 8 hours or any, even for cartel.

Can't skip, can abandon.

And missions icon in scroll toggle bar before bank would be good too. Or an way, notif , to know new missions available. Click here to start some.

I like the idea of special limited time missions that can potentially be triggered by general user activity.

I am not sure what the second portion of this suggestion entails around the scroll toggle bar, I think if I had rng spawned missions I would have to work up some kind of way to make them visible. I am not sure if I would make it a sort of easter egg type of "click here to claim/start this event mission" or if I would just auto assign the mission withoout the player having to spot it. But it sounds like a fun concept to play with.
