Currently most players only do standard jobs to raise their crime exp level enough to get to a point where they can do robbery jobs to farm materials for money. I suggest boosting the base rep gained from standard and advanced jobs by 100% and then allowing the rewards prestige option to also buff the rep gained from these jobs (but not robberies). so instead of paying out an avg of 10 rep per job, intimidation would pay a base of 20 and then can be buffed with prestiges to 40. instead of 75 avg for arson it would be 150 and could be buffed to 300 per, ect through all the standard and advanced crimes.
standard and advanced jobs have very similar rep pay outs to robbery crimes and pay out very little money comparitavely so they offer no real reason to complete them. with the new productions prestige update, it will take the average player well over a decade to unlock all the prestiges at the current rep gained rate (ignore panko, no one plays like that) with a buff like this it will still take YEARS to get productions to max prestige, specially if you are also farming production materials along the way, but it will go a little bit faster and people can choose between farming production materials or farming rep.
