Could we get more uni courses and more int (unlimited?)

We could also get a bit whacky with this if we wanted to...

Give us futuristic technology and abilities and tasks.  Cloning so we get more narcos, new learning methods, build a space elevator, bioengineer new materials/plants for it.  A sister game if no (but same).  

On top of statue/ziggurat building... 

At the very least not unlimited int, I have an old suggestion of having the int cap increasing by 50 for every 10 levels gained, and the main grife with that suggestion, was that getting that it might be to OP to increase the int cap by that much.

I do have some ideas for more university courses I would like to implement, I don't think unlimited intelligence would be viable (but may make sense with the cap enforced by Shredder's suggestion)
