As some of you may have experienced, some of the targets spawned by the mission system are (almost) impossible to defeat. This is the case with agi vs acc ratios of around 2.5+ and higher, where it's impossible to land hits and therefore there's no game mechanic to defeat these targets (maybe other than a very large number of attacks that whittle the target's health down via dog damage). Def vs str is much more forgiving with ratios of up to maybe 10x where health can be chipped away at with a more reasonable number of repeated attacks.
I assume that the mission system might be based on total battle stats - it should additionally looks at these two specific ratios if the goal is to generate tough but beatable targets. Players with very skewed builds might not have any realistic targets - maybe the mission could just now spawn for them if that's the case.
