Wow this could work too. Nobody can afford to pay 15% fees over and over to hide money. Let's say if 15% listing fee is the system, what about time limit? Longer?

Yes exactly, make the fee make an impact so people are not using it to hide money, and to make them think about listing Vs mug risk, otherwise old market will die overnight.

I like this idea of the buy orders. I think 6hrs limit is a little low. Going 12hrs would ensure that players who need their extra beauty sleep can still get it without having to wake up in the middle of the night. 

As for the fees. I think normal market fees is good. You would still be able to buy mug after a sale as cash would be sent directly to seller. If you wanted to implement an extra 15% and you can list anonymous would be better. Extra costs for the seller and protects them from the mug.

You shouldn't be able to do it all the time. A cooldown between setting up buyorders is needed or else the market becomes useless. Buyorder for bulk buying and selling while the market can be used as needed. Cooldown should be 2day minimum imo so if someone uses a buy order for 10 coke he will feel dumb for the remaining wait time. This should promote the bulk buying aspect.
