like adding onto the map? a cartel needs a territory somewhere. even if its a floating circle in the jungle.

yeah, and ever expanding outwards, giving 1r daily, up to x amount/size, then everyone (new cartels) has something to war for.

I would probably gate this behind a cartel perk to keep dead cartels off the map, but other than that I think it would add some nice variety to smaller cartel warfare. I can raise it up for further discussion.
