One more time. Can we have a cancel expedition implemented? Canceled expedition stays the same, no refresh. Cancelled expedition deducted from missions completion. Can be several options:

1. cancellation can be done over 5 minutes after departure. Immediate return. No cancellation after 5 minutes. 
2. cancellation can be done up until half of the time passed. Return takes the same time as it was used for the start. E.g. expedition started 12:00. It lasts 18 hours. That means it can be canceled untill it reaches the middle (until 21:00). If cancelled at 15:00, that means it was going for 3 hours, so the return of the sicarios will take 3hours.
