Production runs, epecially when during a church buff are being changed and imo abused. The times were originally created to add variance for users across the world, however they are being changed to benefit from double runs. 

I would look at, 

  • Locking ability to change production as soon as a church buff is complete, during the 24hour phase. 
  • Lock ability to change production runs for "x" amount of days, 7, 14??

Since you say 'especially', how are they abused outside of church events?

The first part of the suggestion makes sense (if it's something we want to prevent), but why would you lock it outside of that time period?

vaelinn did say he wanted to look at changing the Church buff to last a longer time period but I do agree that changing the production time to get an additional run in is not really in the spirit of the game.

Now that the boost only runs once per month, an extra couple days of active boost would be great, and still be far below what gains were possible a week ago
