Rep gain is already insanely fast - making this even quicker just means that cartel rep becomes pointless.
One random idea that I would love to see implemented is to have a portion of any mission that we complete added to the Cartel we belong in. Any percentage would be an improvement and allow us to contribute more to our cartel.
