After chatting with Vaelinn...

smuggling  rewards are decresed for single person cartels which is very unfair, it takes same cartel rep to unlock it and same nummber of drugs to run so the rewards should be also the same.

This should be changed to be the same for all cartels...

it takes time to grind the reps to unlock it and money to run it, penalty for having 1 person cartel is unfair here and gives disadvantage.

if scam is concern im sure there are some different way to track them....maybe certain days old cartel before it can be unlock..or something similar...

i hope we can find solution.......

Sorry but I agree with the penalties for single person (and very low numbers of members) cartels - it should not be a money grab in that way. And encouraging solo cartels is just rubbish for the game.

Smuggling rewards should reflect the numbers/activity of a cartel. It doesn't make sense for one person to be making billions alone and in another cartel it's split 80 ways.

This is no different than the leaders of cartels with high member count taking the loot for themselves. If anything the rewards should reflect on the number of contributors and not member count
