It would be great if blocked players could be attacked, and if they had the revive option automatically enabled.

This would provide more targets without harming anyone.

I don't think making gains from a player who got where they were by cheating does a lot for the integrity of the game. They should be removed completely, along with deleted players

Because their level and the benefits come from illegitimate sources.
