I agree. It's becoming a daily occurrence and they aren't even funny trolls. Just spam global with meaningless ****.

Maybe some sort of help area where you can directly be linked or send a "mail" to an active mod member. Maybe this way we can spare the mods of getting spammed.

Agreed, I'll implement this in future and may also look to implement a 'Helper' role which will have few/no mod privileges but will be for those who wish to be a contact point for players with questions.
