I think it would be valuable for cartel leaders to have more insight into member progression, both to better understand where each member is at and to help guide them in the right direction.

 

One thing that comes to mind is giving leaders more visibility into members battlestats, either through the API and/or an extended player metrics page.

This could be useful for coordinating roles during wars, identifying inactive or leeching members, and generally making it easier to provide targeted guidance without having to constantly ask members for their stats.

To keep privacy and member control in mind, this could be completely optional. Each member could choose whether to grant their cartel permission to view their metrics, with the ability to revoke that permission at any time.

I think this could give cartel leadership a much better overview of progression while still keeping the choice entirely in the hands of the individual member.
