Hey there!

When I try to retrieve 2 full body armors I have loaned out to someone who has gone inactive and removed from our cartel, it gives me a message that I retrieved it, shows up in the cartel logs, but does not actually retrieve the item.

As you can see I can retrieve it multiple times without actually retrieving it.

Thanks!

A fix for this type of issue is going out now. If it reoccurs in future or if there are existing items affected please be sure to mention.

The item you reported has also been manually unloaned.

Still broken I'm afraid.

I loaned myself an M16 earlier to test something - you can see I retrieved it from myself a minute later.

And you can see it back in the armory available to be loaned again.

However, it is still in my personal inventory.

if I return this from my personal inventory I get

18:33:11 - Returned item to the Cartel

And it is gone from my inventory as expected and only 1 is available in the Cartel armory (also as expected) but it does mean theoretically we could loan a single item to the entire cartel. :D (I have not tested this though!)

I'm still having issues with this problem as well.  I have a stack of 2 full body armors at 50% quality and it says they are loaned out to someone who has since gone inactive.

When I try to retrieve them it tells me they've been retrieved but they still don't show up in armory and still say they are loaned out to the same person

Hugeackman, were the items loaned out recently(within the last 2 months or so) or have they been loaned out for a while(longer than 2 months)?

Sorry just noticed this reply but the items were loaned out previously before the last bug fix that was deployed for this I think.

I suspect the issue is that when I click retrieve it is attempting to retrieve 2 body armors from this person instead of 1 because the stack isn't separated in the armory?  That's my guess anyway without knowing anything about coding lol

Hope that helps
