I'm unable to withdrawal or deposit cash in either the bank or my personal property.

After click either option it loads to a white page and does nothing refreshing asks if I want to resubmit the forum continuing does not change the outcome. When you go back to the main CE webpage via entering the link the cash you requested to be withdrawn or deposited is not done.
