This randomly occurs when I send/receive a PM and go back to it later.

It shows "Green" but Unread by the recipient or vice-versa.

I am not sure if this is a bug or not, but i am reporting it in case it might be ~)

yeah sometimes i have this happen after reading chats it sometimes is still green but i also sometimes receive messages and dont get any green highlight on chat so i dont notice.

This is quite a well-known issue that I've been putting off as it'll require a rewrite of a good portion of the chat, but I appreciate the official report and it is on the list.
