For instance my text says:

You're in Prison until 18:48:34 04/06/2024

but the game clock reads 17:50:55  and I have 2 minutes left on the sentence. 

 

Appears to display a release time one hour greater than the actual release time.

Also same +1 hour bug as original post on the Prison screen in the "You're in Prison until.." string when in prison.
