I took a velvet gift earlier and was just doing my dailies when I noticed the refill life icon was lit up. Turns out you can refill your life when your health is both below or above your max health.

I tested using the 'refill life' (FOR SCIENCE) and it reset my health from 9591 back to 3197 :D

I'm guessing there's some 'if currentlife != maxlife then allow_refill' logic going on :D

A fix for this is awaiting internal review. Going ahead both the Supporter Page and Armory both check that the user is below max Energy and/or Life on the front-end and server-side.
