Today while trying to upgrade my FBA my game lagged when I hit enhance and it seemed to use the items from my inventory but gave me no upgrade or confirmation of such.

The first one registered and failed. The second one lagged and didn't confirm or anything so I hit the home button after a minute or so. I wasn't sure at that point if it had just failed so broke down another FBA and tried and failed the third one.
It seems it consumed my items still because I know I had enough for two upgrades when I started but if you go by my events log it clearly shows I had to break one down first to get 2 chances.
