The Territory "Sara" says that the Benefit is Awards x3 Cocoaine per day - Level null.

This should probably be something other than null.  Maybe Level 0?  But is it supposed to be another number?  This seems like this might be disconnected and just an error in general.

Thanks for this, it should have downgraded to level 0. I've got a fix awaiting internal review that should be out shortly and in the meantime I have manually updated the level of the territory.
