I can confirm after trying to list items in the market they don't show up in the market but they do leave my inventory

It takes a moment to populate but yes.  Perhaps a loading message would prevent confusion?

This issue seems to be fixed in general... But it's still happening when I sell dog food!  I still it and it leaves my inventory and is nowhere too be found in market.

Ah this is because it's a new category of item which I've not added to the Item Market, I'll get on that.
