I Fed my dog after I bought him. I knew to buy food so I did and I fed him. My quest asked me to feed dog which I already did, but the quest still asking me to feed my dog I spent 7200 euro and now I have to wait and feed him again for the quest to work..

Yeah, happened to me too. Just have to wait untill tomorrow sadly. 

EDIT: I fed the dog before I had the quest to feed the dog. I'm assuming you did aswell.

The mission completes when a dog is fed, we don't currently track how many times a dog has been fed in the past so the mission is working as expected.

I believe the issue is people are following the mission to get the dog, and then buy the dog food as well, then feed the dog, before having the mission to feed the dog. Which means they can't progress in the beginner missions until the next day when they can feed the dog again. This happened to me as well..and it is kinda frustrating at the beginning of the game to have to wait for the day cycle to move on with the tutorial missions, as those bonuses are extremely helpful at that stage in the game.

thinking back on it, im pretty sure i released the dog and rebought another one to complete the mission.

I bought and fed my dog before I received the mission. I just click the link in the mission which sends me to my equipped dog and once I go back to the mission page, it's already completed. I actually did a lot of things before doing the missions so I had to do this a lot of times. Follow the enclosed link, go back to mission page and it's marked as completed. But maybe it doesn't work for everyone else.
