The above images show what is on the public profile and what is shown after editing the cartel profile on the editing page, respectively.

Updates appear correctly on the edited page, but the public profile is outdated by several edits.

I can confirm that your profile's updated as expected as far as I can see. I have implemented a fix for the image being wider than the containing box though.
