From the time I installed the game my trade and global chats are not working.

Figured it out by talking to a friend about it.

I am unable to reproduce this in Firefox whilst impersonating your account. Can you please ensure you have disabled any adblockers, scriptblockers or addons that may be impacting the game and try again? It may also be worth logging into the game using a private / incognito tab and seeing if that impacts the issue.

Failing all of that, please can you tell me which browser you're using to access the game?

Ah brilliant, unfortunately I'm not yet sure of the exact cause but it may have had something to do with email verification should this reoccur in future.
