[Figure 1] Can we fix this? its really hard to do manage Property if the events are not on time (9hr discrepancy )

 




[Figure 2] i need to sell this PE to a buyer but i cant, even tho the rental period is already over (its already 4:10 LPT 09/01/2026

I'm guessing end of property rental time is only being checked once a day when the cronjob runs at 0100 LPT?

I think that this system is likely on a schedule as KWYY says (I could be wrong I have not dug into it specifically). But that does not mean it could not be improved.

Can you describe what the aspects of managing the property are? Once I see a more detailed problem statement I might be able to offer a solution.
