Issue was said to Vaelinn and he asked me to raise this thread.

This issue happens in a specific situation:

• Player A is a member of the cartel. He has cash in the cartel vault on his balance.
• Player A gets removed from the cartel as he goes inactive. After removal the money remains in the vault, showing still as the player's balance (so far so good).
• After sending Player A his money from the vault (or manually changing his balance), their balance is set to 0.
• However despite the former member having balance 0, he still keeps showing on the cartel page.
  Meaning he will show there forever as there is no option to remove him.

In my cartel we had this situation with THEROLLER.
