Title really.

Since the update there have been multiple instances where chat windows are popping up from people I haven't spoken to in ages (in one case ~2 months plus).

Unable to find any pattern and it doesn't seem to correlate to any mouseovers or what's on screen. 

Issue being reported by multiple others too.

I have the same issue as well where old chats have been popping up despite closing them several times and have had no recent interactions
