Smuggling report uses 1 dp for armour/weapon quality % rather than player inventory/cartel armoury that uses 2!

Such a pathetically minor bug but it's annoying me so you can have a report.
When matching up armour / weapons from the latest Smuggling run and comparing it to the Cartel armoury I noticed that the smuggling report uses 1 decimal place for quality %.
Whereas the the Cartel armoury and player inventory uses 2 decimal places.
