With the property upkeep update just out. I went to look at the rented PE that I own (sorry no screenshots) and the rent was approximately ~£25million [propertyID 11300]

I had the cash on hand because I wanted to pay it and clicked Pay Upkeep. The rented property now shows as 0 but no amount was removed from my cash on hand. I'm not sure whether it actually cost 0 or came out of the rentee's vault?



As to whom the upkeep should be paid by is perhaps a different matter (and raised in other tickets).

Thanks for the report, it attempted to take the money from your Vault but I can confirm  it didn't seem to do so correctly. Currently investigating.

Apparently I can't math, it correctly took the money from your vault, you then deposited £19,924,784 into the vault at which point the amount in your vault lines up as expected.

Ah apologies, I was expecting it to take from COH like my own property would.
