I accept cartel missions ... as you may see below:

I complete mission for 250 energy ... and expect 1,5m to pop up in cartel vault ... but it didn't happen:

I'm afraid that other mission which must reward 15m will fail to do also.

Is I am right that this is bug ... or I don't understand something?

People in the UK can't see imgur links unfortunately but the money should be unallocated in the cartel vault.

So possible problems, as the money are 0:

• I'm alone in cartel
• I never put any money there, i.e. vault balance was 0

You're Capo so you should have every permission so it's not that. A vae / Diablo job I think - something is amiss!
