This is a known visual issue. It will be updating, it's just that the numbers aren't high enough for you to be able to see/read them on the page yet.

I think I will add this bug to my queue with the outcome being better transparency on these kinds of missions. They are counting, it just has to hit 1% to start ticking up right now. I will add something that is like n/goal so if you have done 9 out of 1500 it will display 9/1500.

marking this as fixed as an update went in for player and global missions to display n/goal recently. Cartel missions do not have this, but they do display the top 3 contributors so I think that should be ok.
attacked 3 people after claiming the monthly mission it didnt update, i need to get to 1500 too so help me out pls, the cartel mission is updating, the monthly one is not
